S Tier Kagune

Kaneki V2

Super high damage, has two strong barrage moves, and can quickly destroy opponents.

• Key Point: Even though the critical move (the first strike) is not the best, the overall kit is amazing.

Noro V2

Very fast moves with strong grabs and slams.

• Key Point: Powerful bite attacks and roars that can strike multiple foes at once.

A Tier Kagune

Noro (V1)

Has quick M1 attacks, strong critical hits, and good hyper armor abilities.

• Key Point: Even without a V2 form, it deals high damage and is tough to parry.

Nishio V2

Great combos, strong grab moves, and decent damage.

• Key Point: The critical can pull enemies in, making it easier to start or extend combos.

TakiZawa

Solid 360° slash, an invisibility move, and strong finisher.

• Key Point: If you land its multi-hit attacks, you can chain more combos and do big damage.

B Tier Kagune

Tsukiyama

Balanced moves, moderate damage, and a nice set of combo finishers.

• Key Point: Good for early and mid-game, but you might want to roll a higher-tier Kagune later.

C Tier Kagune

Nishio V1

Basic but still usable; can pull enemies in and knock them back.

• Key Point: It’s weaker than its V2 form, so most players aim to upgrade when possible.

Wing V2

Better than its V1 form, but still lacking in damage for a V2.

• Key Point: Has interesting moves, yet the low power makes it hard to stand out in big fights.

D Tier Kagune

Wing V1

Low damage, mainly good at running or stalling.

• Key Point: If you’re stuck with this, you’ll likely want to roll something else soon.

F Tier Kagune

Beak

Very low damage and short range.

• Key Point: Even the combos it has do minimal damage, making it the weakest option overall.

How Tiers Work

• S Tier: Top picks with the best damage, moves, and combos.
• A Tier: Strong Kagunes that can still dominate if you use them well.
• B Tier: Decent mid-level picks—fine early on but may fall behind.
• C Tier: Usable in a pinch, but you’ll likely want upgrades.
• D Tier: Clearly underpowered—look for a better Kagune.
• F Tier: Very poor performance—avoid if possible.

What Is a Kagune?

How to Unlock Your Kagune

1. Be a Ghoul
   • If you start as a ghoul or become one, you’re on the right path.
   • Press M, then check your Skill Tree to confirm if you’re a ghoul.
2. Collect RC Cells
   • Defeat humans (or complete tasks as a ghoul) to get RC cells.
   • You need around 5,000 RC cells for your Kagune to fully awaken.
3. Activate Your Kagune
   • When your health drops below 50%, it may activate on its own.
   • You can also press Control + E to use it whenever you want (if it’s unlocked).

Stable vs. Unstable Kagunes

• Unstable Kagune:
  • If you’re below B+ rank, your Kagune is weaker.
  • Costs hunger to use and has no special moves.
• Stable Kagune:
  • Once you reach B+, your Kagune is stronger.
  • No hunger cost, and you unlock cool moves to help you fight.

Kagune Rarities

When you first get your Kagune, you can roll for a specific type. These have different rarities:

• Common
• Rare
• Legendary

You can view or reroll Kagunes in the Shop menu.

Version 2 Kagunes

Some Kagunes have a Version 2 form. Unlocking V2 usually requires:

1. Mastering your Kagune (reach B+ or higher).
2. Having enough RC cells (more for Rare or Legendary).
3. Eating certain materials (like Kagune sacks).
4. Defeating a ghoul with about 1/3 of your own RC.

Not all Kagunes have V2 yet, but many popular ones do (like Nutcracker or Ken types).
